Customers and partners must not use Proxiva for credential abuse, spam, malware, unauthorized scraping, financial fraud, or activity that violates third-party rights.
Partner SDK integrations must clearly disclose bandwidth sharing, obtain opt-in consent, and provide opt-out controls at all times.
